The draft amendment tendered seeking to replace reference to Rule 11.3.9.1 by Rule 11.1.9.1 is allowed. Leave is also granted to amend the cause-title of the writ petition and the interim application. Amendment be carried out forthwith.

The petitioner-applicant has approached this Court with a prayer that the respondent nos.2 and 3 be directed to take necessary steps to transfer the admission of the petitioner from Government Medical College, Nagpur - respondent no.5 to Topiwalla National Medical College - respondent no.4 on the ground that the additional seat that was shown to be vacant at the respondent no.4-College was not published in the manner required and was thus filled by granting admission to the respondent no.6 who is less meritorious.

Prima facie, on perusal of the Status Retention Form dated 24th October 2024 filled in by the petitioner coupled with Rule 11.3 of the Admission Rules, we do not find that there is any case for grant of interim relief.

Stand over to 17th December 2024 to enable the pleadings to be completed.

Reply shall also be filed to Interim Application (Stamp) No.34620 of 2024 in the meanwhile.
