The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner is in possession of the Original Caste Certificate dated 6th August, 1997, Bearing No. D.MAG/SR/216/1997. She submits that the Caste Certificate referred to in the Caste Validity Certificate is incorrect.

To enable respondent No.7 to verify the aforesaid, the petitioner shall appear before respondent No.7 with the Original Caste Certificate dated 6th August, 1997 on 27th December, 2024. Respondent No.7 shall consider the said document and indicate 1/2 ADN

56-16746-2024.doc further steps to be taken for correction of the Caste Validity Certificate dated 14th October, 1999. An affidavit in that regard shall be filed by the next date of the proceedings. 3.

Stand over to 6th January, 2025.
