The rejection of the application for deemed conveyance is on the ground that there is no evidence which has been produced as regards the constructed area.

Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the Architect's Certificate which is at page 44 giving the built-up area of 839.91 sq. mt. She submits that the said Architect's Certificate was placed on record before the Competent Authority as documentary evidence as regards the constructed area.

Issue notice to the Respondents returnable on 9th December, 2024.
