order which has been impugned in Writ Petition (L) No.30829 of 2024 (Original Side) and therefore Application has been filed on Administrative Side for clubbing the Original Side Writ Petition with Appellate Side Writ Petition. 2.
A learned Single Judge (Smt. Sharmila U. Deshmukh J.) also recorded the same in the order dated 18th November 2024 in Writ Petition No.16758 of 2024 (Appellate Side). 3.
