The Petitioner is a compassionate appointee. Approval was granted to his compassionate appointment by the Education Officer. Some persons who are impleaded as Respondents, complained and the Deputy Director of Education cancelled the approval of the Petitioner. 2.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 13th January, 2025. The learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

Until further orders, the impugned order shall stands stayed and the Petitioner would continue to receive the salary as was being paid to him, in view of the approval granted to his compassionate appointment.
