This Writ Petition challenges the order dated 11th November, 2024 passed by the learned Judge, 4th Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai whereby the interim custody of the minor daughter - Advika Sanjay Singh, aged 7 years, has been given to Respondent No.1 - mother.

By an ex-parte order dated 14th November, 2024, this Court has, till the next date of hearing, stayed the impugned order to the extent that it gives the interim custody of the minor Advika Singh to Respondent No.1.

Today, the parties have agreed to a workable arrangement till this Petition is heard for admission as under :

903-as-wp-16779-2024.doc (i) The Petitioner will allow Respondent No.1 - mother, to take the children - Ansheeka and Advika from the home of the Petitioner on 24th December, 2024 at 5.00 pm. (ii) The children will remain with Respondent No.1 - mother till 1st January, 2025.

(iii) Respondent No.1 - mother will return the children to the Petitioner on 1st January, 2025 at 2.00 pm in the afternoon.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner tenders a draft amendment to bring on record the impugned order. 5.

Amendment is allowed in the terms of the draft amendment. Amendment to be carried out by tomorrow and a copy thereof to be served on the Respondents.

6.

List the Writ Petition High on Board for admission on 3rd January, 2025.
