The Petitioner had preferred this Petition for seeking a direction that the pending proposal dated 4th September, 2023 upgrading his post from part-time to full time Assistant teacher, should be decided within a time frame. The learned AGP informs us that an order dated 16th October, 2024 has been passed by the Divisional Deputy Director, Education, Mumbai. Copy of the order is supplied to the learned Talwalkar

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner will now have to file a substantive Writ Petition for challenging each of the reasons set out in the order dated 16th October, 2024. He desires to withdraw this Petition with liberty to file a fresh petition.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off as withdrawn on instructions.

We grant liberty to the Petitioner to raise all grounds while challenging the order dated 16th October, 2024 and the disposal of this Petition would not be an impediment.
