The only direction sought by the Petitioner is for expeditious consideration of prayer for grant of stay in the Revision Application preferred by the Petitioner before the State Government. On 09.12.2024, time was granted to the learned Assistant Government Pleader to obtain instructions in this regard. 2.

Today, the learned Additional Government Pleader submits that within a reasonable time, the aforesaid proceedings would be decided. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, the following directions are issued. (i) The Petitioner's prayer for grant of interim relief shall be considered within a period of three weeks of receiving copy of this order.

2 19-wp-16851-24.doc (ii) Till the stay application decided, the order impugned in the Revision Application shall not be implemented. This direction is without prejudice to the rights and contention of the parties. (iii) The Revision Application preferred by the Petitioner shall be decided preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

(iv) It is clarified that all points on merits are kept open. The State Government shall hear all the concerned parties before passing any order.
