The Petitioners contend that their claim for validation of Koli Mahadeo Schedule Tribe certificate is pending before Respondent No. 2. The only prayer made is that the Committee may decide the claim within a time frame.

The learned AGP submits on instructions that as vigilance cell report is served on both the Petitioners and both have filed their replies, an order would be passed on or before 15th January, 2025. Talwalkar
