The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 29th November 2024, the petitioner appeared for the examination conducted under the Maharashtra Agricultural Services by the Maharashtra Public Service Commission on 1st December 2024. In the meanwhile, on 29th November 2024 itself, the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal decided Original Application No.91 of 2024 preferred by the petitioner and dismissed the same.

Since a limited relief was sought in this writ petition seeking permission to participate in the selection process and such permission was 1/2 909-WP-16863-2024.doc Dixit

granted by the said interim order, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 29th November 2024 passed in Original Application Nos.345 of 2023 and 91 of 2024 has been separately challenged. It is noted that the petitioner's appearance in the examination was subject to outcome of Original Application No.91 of 2024, which also came to be dismissed on 29th November 2024.
