The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the proceedings before the Divisional Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Mumbai Division, Mumbai were finally heard on 26th November 2024. The parties were granted time of one week to file written submissions and the proceedings have now been closed for passing final orders.

In view of the aforesaid, the purpose of filing the writ petition is served. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. 3.

Needless to state that the parties to abide by the outcome of the said proceedings and any party aggrieved is free to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
