1.
The above Petition is wrongly shown on board today for withdrawal. We find from the record that this Writ Petition was filed seeking a direction to Respondent No.2 to reallocate the polling booths as per rules, i.e. nearest possible polling booth to the voters. The other relief sought in the above Petition was to direct Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to postpone the elections to the 26th Council and 25th Original Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India until reallocation of polling booths is completed by Respondent No.2.

In the facts of the present case, the election which forms the subject matter of this Petition, has already taken place on 6th and 7th December, 2024. Once this is the factual scenario, we find that the reliefs sought in the above Writ Petition have been rendered infructuous. In these circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. No order as to costs.
3.
At this stage, the learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner, submitted that he has filed an application before the Registrar seeking discharge in the above matter. Considering that the Writ Petition has become infructuous, the application for discharge is also rendered infructuous. 4.
