The petition does not challenge any quasi judicial order and relief sought is for permission to the Petitioner to file an intervention application in Revision Application No. 3127 of 2024. 2.
Learned AGP points out the pleading at page No. 12 of the petition that during the course of hearing, the Petitioner tried to tender an application, however, the same was not even accepted and the matter was closed for orders.

As there was no application filed and no order passed therein, the Petition is not maintainable under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks liberty to take appropriate steps for placing the Petition before the Division Bench.
