Heard Ms. Pooja Malik, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner.

The Petitioner is seeking approval to the post of Head Master. It is the contention of the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner that he is working as the Head Master. 3.

The Learned Counsel for Respondent No.1 submits that the Petitioner has been given limited power as a Signing Authority Kartikeya

21-WP-16909-2024.odt for the smooth functioning of the school. It is submitted by learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No.1 that there are disputes between two groups of the Management and hence, two proposals have been submitted.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that so far as the Petitioner is concerned, the only relief prayed is that the proposals which have been submitted be decided one way or the other so that the Petitioner would seek further remedies. In this view of the matter, the Respondent No.1 is directed to consider the proposals which are forthcoming for approval to the post of Head Master and decide the same in accordance with the law within a period of 4 weeks from today.

In case, the Respondent No.1 calls upon the Petitioner for hearing, the Petitioner to co-operate in the matter. The Management is expected to co-operate with the Respondent No.1 in furnishing the documents that may be asked for by the Respondent No.1. 6.

This Petition is disposed of. No costs.
