On the Court's query to learned Counsel for the Petitioner, it is pointed out from the records that under order dated 07/01/2023, it is recorded by the Executing Court that the Respondent No. 3, who is the highest bidder, had given his mobile number and notice was required to be issued on his whatsapp number because his address is not mentioned in the report Exh. 35.
