The challenge raised in this writ petition is to a notice issued under Section 13(2) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 dated 25th September 2024.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner intends to move an application with a prayer for one time settlement of the dues.

accordance with the prevailing policy. This would not preclude the petitioner from challenging the notice issued under Section 13(2) of the Act of 2002 in accordance with law. All points on merits are kept open. 4.
