After the matter was argued for some time, Mr Paranjpe, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, based on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this Petition with liberty to institute revision under Section 264 Income Tax Act (IT Act) questioning the order under Section 139(9) of the IT Act. 3.
Accordingly, leave is granted with liberty as prayed for. 4.
