The learned counsel for respondent No.2 intends to take instructions, as he submits that the possession of the petitioners land, which has been taken over, falls in the Blue line, therefore, it could not have been acquired and in that event, the possession would be required to be returned to the petitioner. If this be the position, the petitioners' contention that TDR in respect of the said land issued to the petitioners, would not be then maintainable. 2.

Let affidavit in this regard be placed on record within ten days from today and a copy of the same be furnished to the advocate for the petitioners. 3.

List the proceedings on 1 July 2025 (HOB).
