P.C.:- 1) Mr. D'Souza, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 3 to 5, tendered across the bar a compilation of documents on behalf of Respondent Nos. 3 to 5. He drew our attention to the Notice dated 21st February 2025 issued by Manoj Vanmali, Assistant Commissioner, Prabhag Samiti, 'H' Ward, Vasai Virar Municipal Corporation. He submitted that, to the said Notice, Respondent No.5 has already submitted her response/say. The said compilation is taken on record.

Laxmi 25 wp 16958-24.doc on instructions submitted that, the regularization application has been rejected by the competent Authority on 11th April 2025. She produced on record a photo copy of the said rejection order. 3) Closed for Judgment.

4) Till the pronouncement of Judgment, Respondent Nos. 3 to 5 shall not initiate any proceedings before the Civil Court and/or any competent Authority having jurisdiction or the State Government, impugning the rejection of the regularization Application, without prior leave of this Court.

5) Ad-interim relief, if any granted earlier, to continue upto the pronouncement of the Judgment (KAMAL KHATA, J.) (A.S. GADKARI, J.) 2/2
