The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that, today, he has received the Respondent's reply affidavit and seeks time to go through the same and file rejoinder affidavit, if necessary. He also points out that, in paragraph 2 of the order dated 7th November 2025, this Court has recorded that the Petitioner paid an amount of "Rs.4,00,000/-", whereas the correct amount is "Rs.4,50,000/-". The correction is made accordingly. The said amount mentioned in paragraph 2 of the order dated 7th November 2025 be read as "Rs.4,50,000/-".

List the matter for further consideration on 9th January 2026. 3.

On the next date, the respective parties shall furnish their fresh affidavit of assets and liabilities.
