At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks to amend the Petition to add Mr.Narain Ramchandra Punjabi and Mr.Kishore Ramchandra Punjabi as parties to the Petition, who have opposed the regularisation under the Maharashtra Gunthewari Developments (Regulation, Upgradation and Control) Act, 2001 (Gunthewari Act). Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

The dispute in the present case is the rejection of the Application for regularisation under the Gunthewari Act for the reason that the consent of the co-owners have not been obtained. 3.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable after a period of four weeks. Learned AGP waives notice on behalf of the Respondent No.1.

In addition to Court notice, the Petitioner is permitted to serve the Respondents by private notice by all permissible modes of service and to file affidavit of service before the next date. 5.
