Referring to clause 4 of the Maulana Azad Alpasankhyaka Arthik Vikas Mahamandal Maryadit Recruitment Rules, 2016 which came into effect from 12th July 2019, Mr. N.V. Bandiwadekar, the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are entitled for absorption/regularization of their service on the post on which they were appointed prior to coming into force of the Recruitment Rules of 2016.
