The Petitioner has been selected and appointed on the post of Sub-registrar (Grade-I), Inspector of Stamps, subject to production of the Validity Certificate within six months, in the light of the Government Resolution dated 12th December 2011. The appointment letter is dated 11th October, 2024. The grievance is that a posting is not allotted to the Petitioner.

We are of the view that this case would be covered by Shrikant Chandrakant Saindane Vs. State of Maharashtra and Ors., 2012 (1) Mh. L. J. 787, wherein this Court has concluded that the candidate can be appointed on the condition that he will produce his validity certificate. The said judgement has been assailed before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the issue is pending adjudication. 3.
The learned AGP is instructed to say that a job allotment would be made with regard to the Petitioner and the validity certificate should be produced within six months. 4.
The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner's case has been presently referred to the Vigilance Cell.

The Petitioner has tendered her e-mail address as akankshabondle@gmail.com and her WhatsApp No. 8766775601, for easy correspondence. We direct the Committee to enter into correspondence with the Petitioner on the e-mail address and WhatsApp number, so as to save time in correspondence. The Petitioner would wholeheartedly cooperate in the proceedings. We
expect the Committee to decide the claim of the Petitioner on or before 31st May, 2025.

With the above directions, the Petitioner can report for duties as per the duty allocation, which will be subject to the condition of acquiring the Validity certificate. 7.
With the above observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed off.
