Seven blood relatives from the paternal side, including the biological brother of the Petitioner, have been granted validity certificates. However, the learned AGP points out that nine blood relatives from the paternal side have suffered invalidation. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner desires to take instructions as to whether these invalidated candidates have assailed the orders before the High Court.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 18th December, 2024. The learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 and 2.
