The Petitioner claims to have been appointed on 15th June, 2022. As expected, the advertisement without the name of the newspaper, is placed on record. On probing, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that it is 'Dainik Sanchar' published at Mangrul in which the advertisement was published.

The proposal for seeking approval to the Petitioner's appointment is pending before Respondent No. 3. As such, we direct Respondent No. 3 to deal with the proposal strictly in accordance with Harish

18-WP-17005-2024.odt law, the policies and the regulations applicable and conduct a strict verification exercise. So also, whether the advertisement was published in any widely circulated newspaper or not, would also be considered by him.

Let a decision be arrived and a reasoned order be passed within a period of 90 days from today. If the Petitioners succeeds in getting approval, the Management would forward his proposal for grant of Shalarth Id. In the event of an adverse order being passed, the aggrieved party is at liberty to avail of a remedy as is permissible in law. 4.

In view of the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
