The petitioner, a widow seeks extension of time to deposit an amount of Rs.4,94,953/- as directed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal by its order dated 25/09/2024. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- would be deposited with the Bank during the course of the day. Further amount of dues alongwith the regular installment would also be deposited by 17/12/2024 as possession of the schedule property is to be taken on 18/12/2024.

The petitioner is permitted to deposit amount of Rs.1,00,000/- during the course of the day. She shall also take steps to deposit further amount and clear the dues till 17/12/2024.
