Though almost ten weeks have lapsed, yet affidavit in reply has not been filed, despite a specific direction in paragraph No. 4 of the order dated 27th November, 2024. 4.

In view of the above, we direct Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 to pay cost of Rs.1000/- each from their salary bank account, to be deposited in this Court, on or before 10th February, 2025 and ensure that an affidavit in reply is filed, on or before 10th February, 2025.

So also, we direct Respondent Nos. 5 and 6, the Zilla Parishad, who have not filed an affidavit in reply for the last ten weeks, to pay cost of Rs. 1000/- each, from their salary bank account, to be deposited in this Court, on or before 10th February, 2025 and ensure that an affidavit in reply is filed, on or before 10th February, 2025.
