The impugned order dated 25 July 2024 by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, in Revisional Application No. 352 of 2023 is quashed and set aside.

The petitioner-society shall take a decision in accordance with law on the applications filed by the purchasers, seeking membership of the petitioner-society in relation to Buildings A6 and A7, within a period of four weeks from today. 4.

The petition is disposed of.
