In this writ petition, the petitioner, inter alia, seeks to quash and set aside the third notice inviting tender dated 12th March 2024 issued by respondent no. 2 and the Letter of Acceptance (LoA) dated 10th October 2024 issued by the respondent no. 2 in favour of respondent no. 5. 3.

Learned counsel for respondent no. 2 submits that the writ petition has become infructuous as the work order has been issued on 10th October 2024.

The aforesaid contention is misconceived as the petitioner has challenged the issuance of the work order dated 10th October 2024 in favour of respondent no. 5. The aforesaid submission being sans substance is rejected.
