The challenge in this Writ Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is to the legality and validity of the order dated 21st October 2024 passed by the learned Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai in Interim Application No.98 of 2022 in Petition No.D-104 of 2022 filed by the Respondent-wife. 2.

However, Mr. Vinayak Pandit, learned Counsel states that the said Petition No.D-104 of 2022 has been finally disposed of by the order dated 15th January 2025 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court No.2, Bandra, Mumbai and therefore the Writ Petition has become infructuous and therefore, he seeks withdrawal of the Writ Sonali
