Heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides. 2.

The grievance of the Petitioners can be entertained by way of an Appeal in the light of the Government Resolution dated 27th March, 2025 introduced by the State of Maharashtra in view of the judgment of this Court, delivered at the Principal Seat, dated 16th April, 2024 in Writ Petition No. 1182 of 2024 (Mrs. Anuja Sangram Kadam Versus State of Maharashtra & Ors.), along with connected matters.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner rightly submits that it should not so happen that after the Appeal is filed, the same remains pending considering the volume of work with Respondent No.1. We find from the said Government Resolution that such Appeals are to be decided within a period of eight weeks.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with liberty to the Petitioners to file an Appeal. The said Appeal would be decided within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt by Respondent No.1. A reasoned order shall be passed. 5.

Written notes of arguments are permitted in support of the Appeal and judgments can also be cited.
