The learned Advocate for the Management submits that according to the Management, requisite amounts have been paid. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that this issue has been dealt with by the GRC. We record that before the returnable date, the admissible amounts as per the 7th Pay Commission Recommendation, if not already paid, shall be paid by the Management to the Petitioner and the identically placed employees.
