By this petition, the order of Grievance Redressal Committee [for short, "the GRC"] dated 24th October, 2024, condoning the delay of 1020 days in filing the appeal has been challenged. 2.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the petitioner who is a slum dweller was declared eligible and was put in possession of the rehabilitated tenement. He submits that the Respondent No.4 was the employer of the petitioner who approached the GRC after an inordinate delay of 1020 days and delay has been condoned. He would, further submit that Respondent No.4 is unconnected to slum scheme and only seeks to impair the right of the present petitioner as a slum dweller which has been entertained.

Issue Notice to Respondents returnable on 8th January, 2025. Sairaj 1 of

Considering that the petitioner was held eligible in slum scheme and was put in possession of rehabilitated tenement which right is now sought to be challenged by Respondent No.4 challenging the eligibility of the present petitioner without claiming any right in the premises himself, the proceedings before the learned GRC are required to be stayed. 4.

Ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause 'c' is granted till the next date.
