In this Petition, all the Petitioners are working with the Zilla Parishad, Thane. We requested the learned Advocate Mr. by SUNNY ANKUSHRAO THOTE Date:

The directions set out in the order dated 9th December, 2024, passed in Writ Petition No.1733 of 2024 (Balu S/o Rama Patil SUNNY THOTE

28-WP-17115-2024-(C).odt & Ors. V/s. The State of Maharashtra & Ors.), would squarely be applicable even to the cases of these seven Petitioners. The Zilla Parishad, Thane would carry out a similar exercise within a period of six months.

It is made clear that the Government Resolution dated 4th September, 2014, which disentitles the candidates from such increments, would be applicable prospectively, and after 4th September, 2014, such candidates would not be eligible for such benefits.

In view of the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
