Leave is granted to the Petitioner to amend the cause title of the Petition. In the name of Respondent No.1, the words "Maharashtra State Regulatory Distribution Co. Ltd." shall be substituted with the words "Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. Ltd.". 2.

The permission to carry out aforesaid amendment is allowed. The amendment shall be carried out forthwith in front of the Associate. Re-verification is dispensed with.
