Despite our earlier orders, the State Government has not filed its affidavit-in-reply. These Petitions are of 2023. Even the last order of this Court, dated 13th January, 2025, has not been complied with.

In view of the above, we direct the Office of the Director of Medical Education and Research, Government of Maharashtra to pay cost of Rs. 1000/- in each Petition, to be deposited in this Court, on or before 28th February, 2025.
