The grievance is that the Petitioner's approval granted on 31st May, 2016 is set aside by the Deputy Director Education, SUNNY THOTE

In view of the above, we direct that the impugned order shall stand stayed and the Petitioner would continue in Employment and continue to draw his salary, as he was being paid prior to the date of the impugned order.
