The grievance made by Mr. Date is that Petition has been filed in the year 2024, inter alia, challenging the order dated 20.09.2024 in respect to dispute relating to seniority list. By virtue of said embroglio and present Petition having been filed, the recruitment of teachers in the school has been halted thereby causing immense prejudice to the school and its students.
