After arguing at some length and when it was pointed out to the learned counsel for the petitioner that for the prayers made in the petition, jurisdiction by this Court under Article 226 cannot be permitted to be exercised; rather the petitioner has remedy of ordinary civil laws, he prays that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to seek its remedy before any other appropriate forum/Court.

The writ petition is, thus, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
