The learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks to rely on the order dated 10.04.2024 passed in Writ Petition No. 3646 of 2024 with connected matters at Aurangabad Bench and submits that a fresh application under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 ('SARFAESI Act' for short) would be moved by the Petitioner. 2.

It is open for the Petitioner to file a fresh application under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act. If a fresh application is filed, the same shall be decided within a period of 30 days in accordance with law. 3.
