A limited prayer in this Petition is to expedite hearing and disposal of SWAROOP SHARAD PHADKE by SWAROOP SHARAD PHADKE Date: 2025.04.03 12:38:07 +0530 the Execution Application No.94 of 2019 pending before the City Civil Court, Bombay.

Without delving into the reasons ascribed in the Petition regarding the delay in disposal of Execution Application No.94 of 2019, the learned Judge seized with Execution Application No.94 of 2019 is requested to hear and decide Execution Application NO.94 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from the date of communication of this order.

The parties shall co-operate with the executing Court in the disposal of SSP 1/2
