The order of 'no-cross' passed by the trial court on 21.10.2024 is challenged. "The learned Advocate for the Defendant assures to come at 01.00 pm but till 1.15 p.m. he has not arrived" and that is why the impugned order came to be passed. According to the Petitioner, it is very harsh order.
