Heard learned Advocate for Petitioner/ Plaintiff. Though he succeeded in seeking temporary injunction Application before the trial Court, it was set aside by the Appellate Court. That is why present Petition. The Respondent has appeared and copy of the Petition is served to him.

He prayed for granting ad interim protection. For considering the same, parties needs to be heard. There is submission that the Kishor 1/2
18 WP 17194 of 2024.doc Respondent is carrying on construction in the suit land. It is made clear if such construction is there, it will be subject to outcome of this Petition. Petitioner to verify whether documents filed by both the parties are annexed to this petition. If not let it be annexed earlier to next date. Copies be supplied to other side.

This Court has noticed in many such petitions, petitioners are not annexing all documents which is part of trial court record. Learned Registrar (Judicial-I) is directed to ascertain about the provision in appellate side rules and it is not there, what can be done. Because every time it is causing inconvenience and much time is spent in ascertaining about filing of documents. If there is some solution, then learned Registrar may also direct the staff involved in the process of scrutinizing the files at the inception to ascertain filing of all documents along with the petition.
