After this petition was heard for sometime, learned Advocate for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw petition with liberty to approach, the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority ("MahaRERA"), by moving an application in Complaint No.CC006000000193249 for appropriate reliefs. Allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 2.

The petitioners intend to file such application within a period of two weeks from today. If such application is filed by the petitioners within such period, the MahaRERA shall dispose of the same after hearing the respective parties.

All the contentions of the respective parties are kept open. 4.
