After arguing the matter for some time and as this Court is not inclined to allow the Writ Petition, Mr. Moray, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the impugned order along with final order passed in Petition No.A-2405 of 2016 if the said Petition is decreed in favour of the Respondent-Wife.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed aforesaid.
