Time of two weeks is granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner to file an additional affidavit indicating that the secured assets have been duly registered with the Central Registry of Securitization Asset Reconstruction and Security Interest of India in terms of Section 26D of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. In addition, the copy of any police report made by the petitioner with the grievance that the petitioner has been forcibly dispossessed from the secured assets shall also be filed. 2.
