Mr. Walimbe, learned AGP submits that if the petitioner approach the Deputy Commissioner of Police of the concerned area Zeenat Pathan

1-WP-14111-2024 (C).doc for police protection and pays the necessary charges, the necessary police protection for enabling the authorities to take possession in terms of the directions passed by the District Magistrate will be given effect. The Petitioner to do the needful. 3.

The learned AGP to communicate this order to the DCP for ensuring compliance of the order passed by District Magistrate Pune/Nashik. The entire process of handing over the possession shall be completed within four weeks from today. 4.

Liberty to apply in case of difficulty.

Both the Petitions are disposed of.
