Mr. Patil, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to file a Revision under provisions of Section 259 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 before the Hon'ble Minister (Revenue). He would submit that ad-interim relief granted by this Court vide order dated 2 December 2024 be continued for a period of two weeks with a view to enable the Petitioner to file and prosecute application for stay before the Hon'ble Minister. Reserving the liberty to the Petitioners to file a Revision before the Hon'ble Minister, the Petition is permitted to be withdrawn and disposed of.

Ad interim relief granted by this Court vide order dated 2 December 2024 shall continue to operate for a period of two weeks.
