In both these Petitions, a Corrigendum dated 28th November, 2024 has been issued by the Assistant Commissioner Labour (Conciliation). Both of them are marked as 'X' for identification in the respective Petitions.

In view of the same, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner Harish

20-31-WP-16338-2024.odt submits that both these Petitions can be disposed off. He further brings to our notice that, the Conciliation Officer has erroneously addressed a copy to the 6th Labour Court at Mumbai and it should actually reach the 7th Labour Court at Mumbai. Even the Reference (IDA) number is not reflected in the corrigendum, besides making a mistake in addressing the corrigendum to a different Court.

The Learned AGP submits that he would instruct the Conciliation Officer to issue one more corrigendum. 4.

In the light of the said statements, both these Writ Petitions are disposed off as being infructuous.
