The contention of the Petitioner is that the Zilla Parishad has not published the final select list pursuant to the Advertisement No.01/2023 dated 4th August, 2023 for the post of contractual Gram Sevak. Without publishing the final select list, post document verification, the Zilla Parishad has surreptitiously appointed 31 candidates when the posts available are 52. 2.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 21st January, 2025. The learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 and 3. Mr. Patil, the learned Advocate Gauri Gaekwad
